This license governs all paid SignTheChart template products and downloadable materials, including template kits, message and documentation templates, dot phrases, building blocks, worksheets, calculators, field guides, ebooks, and web app tools.

License and Permitted Use. These materials are the proprietary property of SignTheChart and Candice Elam, DNP, FNP-C, and are protected by intellectual property law. Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use these materials in your own clinical practice. Where the materials are templates or scripts, you may adapt and customize them for your own patient communication and documentation. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or post these materials publicly, in whole or in part and in original or modified form. You may not use these materials to create a competing product, kit, course, worksheet, guide, tool, or training for sale or distribution. You may not input these materials into any AI or automated tool for the purpose of generating derivative or competing materials, or to train any AI model. Any use beyond your own personal clinical use requires the prior written consent of SignTheChart.
